Mr. O'Byrne is a professional landman and oil industry executive providing 50 years of experience in management and consulting services to oil and gas investors and operators. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board and director of Altima Resources Ltd., he is currently the President of O'Byrne Resource Management Ltd. and a director of Berkley Resources Inc. Mr. O'Byrne was a director of Quintana Exploration Canada, President and director of Range Petroleum Corporation, and also a past director of the Canadian Petroleum Association, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and the American Association of Petroleum Landmen. Mr. O'Byrne often serves as an expert witness regarding the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen Operating Procedure (CAPL).
Joe DeVries

Mr. DeVries has more than of 20 years of experience financing and administering public companies. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, he brings together and facilitates companies with seed and development capital to build shareholder equity value. He has been instrumental in the reorganization and reactivation of Tier 2 TSX-Venture oil and gas companies. Currently Mr. DeVries is CEO and a director of Petrichor Energy Inc., an integrated oil and gas operating company with producing fields in Mississippi, and is President, CEO and a director of Precision Enterprises Inc.
Stephen Watts, CA B.Ecc
Mr. Watts has over 25 years of experience in advising various companies on corporate finance in a diverse range of industries, including; Oil and Gas, mining and exploration and manufacturing. Mr. Watts holds positions on the Board of Directors for several large, private companies and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow Member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Jurgen Wolf
Mr. Wolf has been involved in the oil and gas industry for more than 15 years, assisting public companies with investor relations and administration. Mr. Wolf was educated in Germany and immigrated to Canada in 1953. From 1958 to 1982 he operated and owned pre-cast concrete factories in Calgary and Vancouver, and from 1982 to 2002 he operated and owned J.A. Wolf Projects, Ltd., a commercial construction company. Mr. Wolf was President and a director of former US Oil and Gas Resources Inc., which amalgamated to form Petrichor Energy Inc. in 2005. Mr. Wolf is a director of several public companies.
Richard Barnett, C.G.A.
CFO & Secretary
Mr. Barnett has extensive corporate experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Secretary with over 20 years of accounting experience serving both public and private corporations. His experience covers wide range of companies producing oil & gas, resource & explorations, engineering, and research & development. Mr. Barnett is a member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia. In order to stay abreast of new business procedures, he has taken extensive business and accounting courses in addition to regulatory courses and workshops. In addition to overseeing the accounting functions within the Company, Mr. Barnett’s responsibilities include managing the annual audit, budgeting, preparation of financial statements and management discussions & analyses.

Trevor Hamill, P.Geophysicist - Technical Advisor
Mr. Hamill is a professional geophysicist with over 35 years of experience in the exploration for oil and gas reserves in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin (WCSB). He has worked directly for Calgary based oil companies, including Esso, Alberta Energy Company, and Teck Oil and Gas, and is the owner/manager of a geophysical consulting company Acra Energy for the past 24 years. Mr. Hamill is a highly respected industry expert in seismic interpretation whose client list of over one hundred companies including Petro Canada, ATCOR, and Bow Valley Resources and has picked hundreds of drilling locations in the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin. He has also served on industry related panels including unitization committees and is a member of the CSEG and CSPG and a professional geophysicist and a member of the Professional Geologists Geophysicists and Engineers of Alberta (1983).

Bernie Goruk P.Engineer - Technical Advisor
Mr. Goruk is a professtional engineer with over 34 years of experience in petroleum engineering and oil and gas operations. Mr. Goruk was formerly in property management, team lleader at AMOCO, including 20 years of varying experience in oil and gas operations; drilling and completions, exploitations and explorations; and administration. Mr Goruk is a member of the Professional Geologists Geophysicists and Engineers of Alberta (P.Eng.).
